You will not be able to complete your application without agreeing.

Covid-19

  1. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, you acknowledge applications may take longer than usual.
  2. You will not be entitled to a refund due to delays caused by Covid-19 restrictions.

Acknowledgement

  1. Service means one or more ad-ons which is described on our website which we provide to you in respect when you apply for a national insurance number, replacement or name change.
  2. When payment has been made for our service, you have agreed to us providing the service and have agreed to make payment before the service has begun. Once a confirmation email has been sent to you our contract has begun.
  3. You agree to your application being reviewed and processed immediately after submitting the application.
  4. To apply for a national insurance number for free please click the HMRC link above, we are a checking service and apply a charge for our services to help you obtain a national insurance number.
  5. You are aware that we are a service and not the official government website. We charge a fee for our service.
  6. Applicants must be 16 years or older.
  7. All information submitted must be correct and accurate.
  8. You the applicant consent to us passing your information you submitted on the application form to the HRMC, DWP and/or job Centre plus to arrange an interview or papers to be sent to the address you provided to us, on your behalf.
  9. You the applicant are responsible for any loss or damage we suffer by the use of the information you have provided.
  10. This contract is between you and us. No other person has the right to enforce any of its terms.
  11. You must be eligible for a national insurance number to use our services.
  12. It is your choice to take our advice and guidance; we accept no liability for un-foreseen complications as a result of following our advice.

Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions will apply, if you apply, for a national insurance number through our services; so please read carefully.
  2. Before completing any application you will need to agree to our terms and conditions. We cannot process any applications who refuse.
  3. All contracts including the terms and conditions and privacy policy are in the English language.

Termination 

  1. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any contract.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel the contract at our sole discretion.
  3. If we need to contact you to correct any information on your application form, or to send you a form to sign, we shall use the contact details from your application form. If you do not respond within 60 days, we shall be deemed to have completed our service and you will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. No refund can be submitted if the service is terminated due to the failing to comply with our terms and conditions.

Our Service 

  1. We provide a service of printing, calling, booking, re-arranging, cancelling, supporting, preparation for the national insurance application.
  2. We are not a part of or affiliated with any government body and by using this site you are aware of this.
  3. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you, and compensate if we deem pertinent.
  4. We do not sell your information to third party companies.
  5. Applications may take up to 72 hours to process.
  6. Any event outside our control that affects the performance of our service will we contact you as soon as possible, we may issue FULL refunds (VAT is included in the price).
  7. We now only accept payment via Stripe.
  8. Services will not start until payment has been made.
  9. We only use this service for private use, you agree not to use our service for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose.
  10. To contact us for any reason use our “contact us” located on our website. All communication will be made by email.
  11. You agree to your application being reviewed and processed immediately after submitting your application.
  12. Inappropriate or offensive language sent to staff will not be accepted. In the case this occurs, a warning e-mail will be sent. If inappropriate or offensive language continues to occur after a warning e-mail has been sent, we reservice the right to close communication with you, the client. You will not be entitled to a refund if this occurs.

Delivery 

  1. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 
  2. You must be living and currently in the U.K. in order to apply for a national insurance number via our services. We cannot book identity appointments for Northern Ireland.

Your right of Refund 

  1. Refund requests must be made before the application has been processed.
  2. Refunds will be made via Stripe and PayPal. Refunds will only be processed via PayPal, if your payment was previously submitted by this method.
  3. When services are conducted by any untrained staff (in training process) if the service falls below what you expected you are entitled to a part refund.
  4. No refunds can be made after 180 days of payment received.

  1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  2. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

  4. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  6. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Irland, Scotland and Wales.
  7. Price may or may not be quoted on each page of the website. It will be on our home page in the table of our services compared to the HRMC also on our about page. (you can apply for free at the HRMC)

Cancellation policy

  1. You have the right to cancel the agreement at any time up till the 14 working days after the day on which we have received and confirmed your application.
  2. You do not have the right to cancel the agreement if we have commenced performance of the services of your application that you have requested and agreed to.
  3. You acknowledge that these services may be provided immediately or very shortly after you order them on the Website and we have confirmed your application.
  4. To exercise your cancellation, you may give written notice to us by contact submission or the contact e-mail address, which is provided to you on our confirmation page. The email is contact@nationalinsurancenumber.uk - You must contact us using the submitted e-mail address.
  5. You accept that although you are a consumer, your legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer protection (Distance selling) Regulation 2000) does not apply because the services are clearly personalised and you have agreed that we may begin to provide the services immediately after you have made your payment. As soon as we have contacted you and reviewed your application a refund cannot be made.

Refund policy

  1. Subject to the cancellation policy between you and us, you will not be entitled to any refund of monies paid to us for the services you have requested unless we have been unable to provide the services to you, expect where the fault does not lie with us or we are not given the opportunity to rectify the fault in order to subsequently provide the services.
  2. If we need to contact you to correct any information on your application form or to send you a form to sign, we shall use the contact details from your application form. If you do not respond within 60 days, we shall be deemed to have completed our service and you will not be entitled to any refund.
  3. No refund can be submitted if the service is terminated due to the failing to comply with our terms and conditions.
  4. In the event that we agree to a refund this will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of £45.00.
